What this is
The site looks up public county or state GIS for an address you type. It may compare nearby parcels on the same roll. It may introduce you to a local property tax advisor. That is all.
What this is not
- Not an appraisal.
- Not legal, tax, or filing advice.
- Not a finding that you should appeal.
- Not a guarantee that an advisor will take your matter, lower your bill, or call on a set timeline.
Filing decisions stay with you and whoever you hire.
Records can be wrong or late
Counties publish layers on their own schedule. Values, owners, and parcel IDs can lag, be blank, or not match the tax bill. New Jersey and some other places redact owner names on the public map. A “no match” means we could not query a working layer for that address, not that the property is off the roll.
Advisors
If you send a request, JPC Consulting LLC may share it with a local advisor. That person is not necessarily our employee. You are not hiring anyone until you and that advisor say so in their own engagement.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, overload the GIS lookups, try to break in, or use the tool to harass anyone. Automated bulk harvesting of /api is not allowed. See robots.txt, bots.txt, and llms.txt.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that a lookup is complete, current, or fit for a protest filing. To the fullest extent the law allows, JPC Consulting LLC is not liable for lost taxes, missed deadlines, or decisions you make from this check.
Privacy
How we handle information is in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where JPC Consulting LLC maintains its principal office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
